Cancellation Policy
At Yoke Hair Salon, we value both our clients' time and our stylists' schedules. To ensure the best experience for everyone, please review our cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a charge to the card on file on behalf of your stylist.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows:
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to compensate for your stylist’s time.
Repeat Offenses:
After three or more late cancellations or no-shows, you will no longer be able to book services with any stylist at Yoke.
Right to Refuse Service:
Yoke reserves the right to discontinue services to any client at any time if deemed necessary.
